Is AlluraTM a "VISA" or "MasterCard" type credit card?
No. The Allura Card offers a revolving line of credit like other "store" type credit cards; we offer flexible payment options and the freedom of true revolving credit.

Can I use the Allura Card at other merchants?
You can use the Allura Card as the card of choice for premium telephone services wherever the Allura Card is accepted. Additional merchants may be added later. Check back here for further announcements.

Is there an annual fee?
No. There is no annual fee for the Allura Card.

Will I be charged transaction fees?
No.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes. You can carry a balance and enjoy the freedom of true revolving credit. Pay the minimum on your monthly bill, pay part, or pay the whole thing.

How frequently would I be billed?
Once a month you will receive a billing statement in the mail. Here is a sample statement

How is the interest calculated?
Interest is calculated on a monthly basis on the outstanding balance if full payment has not been received. When interest is charged, it is usually calculated based on an Average Daily Balance on the account. This uses a monthly Interest Rate derived from the Annual Interest Rate that is set at the time of application (or which has subsequently applied to your account). This rate is charged on the average daily balance for the statement period. This means that the sooner you make a payment to your account, the lower your Average Daily Balance will be and the less interest you will pay.

Would I receive statements?
Yes, you will receive a monthly statement detailing your charges and payment terms. Here is a sample statement

If I move to another state – can I continue using my Allura Card?
Yes. Simply call our Customer Service team toll-free at 1-800-690-6066 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific time, Monday to Friday, and tell us your new address.

If I miss a payment – what would happen?
You will pay interest and late fees on the outstanding amount payable, just like any other credit card. For more information, see the Allura Card Cardholder Agreement.
