Our Privacy Commitment To You
Infusion Brands Inc. and FirstCharge Financial Services Inc. ("we," "us" or "our") take your privacy seriously and have created this Financial Privacy Notice to inform you about our privacy practices. We encourage you to read the following information and contact us with any questions you may have.
What this Financial Privacy Notice Covers
This notice applies to current and former Allura cardholders (including authorized users) and other individuals who have applied to us for credit ("you").
"Nonaffiliated Third Parties" are companies or individuals that are not part of the corporate family to which we belong. "Affiliates" are we and other companies that are part of our corporate family.
This notice explains our privacy policies and practices applicable to Allura Card Accounts and describes how we protect the confidentiality and security of information about our cardholders, former cardholders and individuals who have applied to us for credit. It lists types of personally identifiable financial information we collect and disclose in connection with the Allura Card (such personally identifiable financial information shall be referred to herein as "Financial Information") and the circumstances under which we may disclose that Financial Information. This notice also describes your rights to direct us not to disclose certain Financial Information to Affiliates and gives instructions on how to opt out of (or, if your billing address is in Vermont, to opt in to) those disclosures.

PART ONE: GENERAL INFORMATION
Confidentiality and Security
We restrict access to Financial Information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide you with the services or to effectively do their jobs. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your Financial Information.
Categories of Financial Information We Collect
We may collect Financial Information about you from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you, directly or indirectly, on your credit application or other credit related forms;
- Information about your credit transactions and/or experiences with us, our Affiliates or others;
- Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies (i.e., credit bureaus).

PART TWO: NONAFFILIATED THIRD PARTIES
Categories of Financial Information We Disclose
We will not disclose any of the Financial Information that we collect, as described above, to Nonaffiliated Third Parties, except as permitted by law.
Financial Information We Disclose to Service Providers and Joint Marketers
We may disclose all of the Financial Information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf and to other financial institutions with whom we may have joint marketing agreements.
PART THREE: AFFILIATES
Categories of Financial Information We Disclose
We may disclose all of the Financial Information we collect, as described in Part One above, to our Affiliates subject to your rights described below. This includes information obtained from a consumer reporting agency, such as your credit score or credit history ("Creditworthiness Information"). You may direct us not to disclose Creditworthiness Information among our Affiliates (see below).
Categories of Affiliates Among Whom We Share Financial Information
We may share Financial Information about you among Affiliated non-financial companies, such as service providers in the business of advertising, telecommunications, and technical services.
Opting Out: How to Opt Out of Disclosures of Certain Financial Information Among Our Affiliates
If you prefer that we not disclose Creditworthiness Information among our Affiliates, you may opt out, that is, direct us not to disclose this information among our Affiliates, by writing to us at 1733 H Street, Suite 330-966, Blaine, WA, 98230.
Vermont: Opting In
If your billing address is in Vermont, we will disclose Creditworthiness Information to Affiliates only with your consent or as permitted by law. If you wish to authorize us to disclose your Creditworthiness Information to Affiliates, you may write to us at 1733 H Street, Suite 330-966, Blaine, WA, 98230.
Note: Even if you elect to direct us not to share (or if your billing address is in Vermont and you do not authorize us to share) Creditworthiness Information among our Affiliates, we may continue to share Financial Information among our Affiliates as permitted by law. For example, we still may disclose information about your credit transactions and/or experiences with us with our Affiliates. In addition, we still may disclose Financial Information to our Affiliates that perform services on our behalf.
The following information-sharing provisions are applicable to our applicants and current and former cardholders with California billing addresses.
